This kit features my hometown, Ventnor. Ventnor is a small, quirky town on the south-east coast of the Isle of Wight and is a popular tourist destination in the summer months. Ventnor has such a strong community spirit and I have tried to capture some of our favourite places. The scene shows Ventnor Harbour and the famous cascades to the beach as well as some of the charming buildings.
The finished design measures 7.0 x 5.0 inches on 14 count aida, 96 x 70 stitches.
This is a full coverage kit using full cross stitches, backstitching and straight stitching.
The kit includes 14 count white aida, DMC stranded cottons in 24 beautiful colours threaded onto a numbered thread card. The kit also contains a professionally printed A4 booklet which has the colour cross stitch chart, colour backstitch chart, colour key and easy to follow instructions all inside. A needle is also provided.
